Origin Story

Having managed successful IT companies for many years, our two co-founders Elizabeth and Mike, came to a realisation. The traditional IT Support approach was developed for a different time – when hybrid and remote working weren’t the norm, when companies’ technology demands were simpler, and when having immediate access to what you need wasn’t expected.

Our Leadership Team

Michael has a passion for building relationships, be that within the teams he has managed or the many companies he has helped to realise the benefits of technology for their business. He is also an advocate for a healthy work-life balance and the great outdoors. As a result, he is responsible for ensuring our Partners get the right advice to bring them success and promote the cultural values of Sereno to the world.

Despite having both a degree in Psychobiology and a Master's degree in Microbiology, Elizabeth instead found her calling working as an Operations Director in successful IT Support providers before starting Sereno. She is passionate about people and bringing teams together across departments to achieve one goal, and has extensive experience in building and developing a high-performing team that people are proud to be a part of. As a result, she ensures our service team delivers the best Partner Experience and has fun doing it.
