Instead of juggling multiple tools and suppliers, SBN adopted Sereno’s clearly defined Cyber Security Package covering device security (antivirus, malware protection, encryption, remote wipe), email security (spam filtering, safe links, impersonation protection, M365 backup), and employee security (MFA, phishing simulations, security awareness training).

Device management was centralised through Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, enforcing security policies across all devices so only authorised, compliant devices can access company systems. Full visibility and remote wipe capability included.

A single sign-on system was set up across Microsoft 365 and key business applications, simpler for the team to use and more secure than juggling multiple logins.
